When you open your new Mountain View Financial chequing account, save yourself time and hassle by using ClickSWITCH to automatically transfer your recurring payments and direct deposits from your old account to your new Mountain View Financial one! 

ClickSWITCH is a fully automated and secure way to:
  • Transfer your automated bill payments to your new chequing account
  • Transfer your direct deposits to your new chequing account
  • Close your old accounts at any financial institution

Business Members:  ClickSWITCH is available to you too!  You can enroll in-branch to get the process started.  Call your local branch to set up a time that works best for you.



HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

You enroll in ClickSWITCH within Online Banking.  If you don't have Online Banking set up yet, contact your local branch.

To enroll:
  1. Log into online banking
  2. Select Payments in the left hand navigation and click on Switch Concierge
  3. You'll be directed to a new page showing the accounts you can use ClickSWITCH with.
  4. Select the account(s) you'd like to enroll and click the Enroll and Sign in Now button.  Review and accept the Terms of Use to proceed. 

That's it! Once you've completed the enrollment process, you can begin switching your direct dseposit and automated bill payments to the enrolled account following the online prompts.
